By listening to the market and consistently delivering new and valuable content, we meet our audiences’ needs for guidance, learning opportunities, and support. That’s Content Marketing at Go1.

We’ve just started our search for an eager, empathetic, and creative Community & Social Media Manager to join our Content Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a native or fluent English speaker familiar with B2B audiences with a proven track record in managing and engaging with social media communities, particularly on LinkedIn.

Your day to day looks something like this:

You’ll join a collaborative and autonomous team to oversee Go1 social media, building brand awareness and community presence. Ideating with the Content Marketing Lead, you’ll embrace your creative side and own both the social media strategy and calendar from month one. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver requested content, develop all organic social media, and engage directly with our following.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media calendar aligned with our growth and content marketing strategies.

  • Create engaging visuals from design guidelines and collaborate directly with our design team on new assets.

  • Write compelling copy for LinkedIn posts and newsletters that engage our audience and create awareness of the brand.

  • Schedule and publish content using native scheduling and third-party tools

  • Actively manage our LinkedIn community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner that matches our tone of voice.

  • Identify and share relevant industry trends and insights that set us apart from competitors.

  • Track and report on social media performance metrics to the wider marketing team.

We're excited about you if you:

  • Have worked in B2B marketing, preferably with a SaaS organisation

  • Expert in: American English writing, following AP style, editing copy, with and adapting to different tones and styles

  • Proven experience in social media management, especially LinkedIn

  • Can easily juggle and prioritise multiple projects and deadlines, keeping stakeholders informed

  • Know how to work independently and with teams across multiple time zones

  • Strong communicator with an understanding of stakeholder management

  • Comfortable testing new tactics and don’t mind failing sometimes

  • Can dig into the data, pull out analytics, and report on your successes and failures

  • Understand how to use tools like: Asana, Figma, Writer, Sprout Social, Wordpress, Prismic, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SEM rush.

  • Native English speakers fluent in French or German preferred!

At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between £45,000 and £55,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for the employee bonus plan and employee stock options.
