Lead Solutions Consultant

Gtmhub is seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant (SC) to partner with account executives, regional sales managers and the strategic alliances team on sales opportunities, consulting with prospects and customers of all sizes across industries. SCs at Gtmhub lead with our customers’ business goals in mind; from discovery through solution design and validation, our goal is to align our products and services to meaningful, measurable results. Ultimately responsible for securing the technical win, successful SCs are naturally curious, outcome-oriented and just as comfortable talking APIs and integrations with a CTO as they are about revenue, cost, and risk with a CEO.

This is a fully remote position and you can be based anywhere in the US.

The Role

Your primary role as a Lead Solutions Consultant will be to:

  • Partner with account executives and regional sales managers by serving as the primary sales support resource

  • Jointly own the client discovery process with sales, seeking to understand pain points, desired outcomes, capability requirements and metrics

  • Design and present solutions to cross-functional stakeholders of all levels

  • Map solution requirements to technical capabilities and demonstrate Gtmhub’s products and services

  • Partner with the Strategic Alliance team on partner enablement and strategy and assist Marketing with evangelism efforts (participating in demo-driven webinars, speaking at industry events, etc.).

  • Anticipate and overcome objections to secure the solution win in complex opportunities

  • Create and deliver powerful demos, technical presentations and proofs-of-concept that clearly communicate Gtmhub’s value proposition

  • Effectively communicate client needs to our developer teams for future product enhancements

  • Collect and document competitive intelligence

  • Work closely with Gtmhub’s partner ecosystem on joint sales efforts, training and enablement

What We're Looking for

To be successful in this role at Gtmhub, you'll need to be:

  • Explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner

  • Possess natural curiosity and creative problem-solving skills

  • Forge strong relationships with senior executives

  • Have a team-oriented mindset – we win together as one team

  • Possess working knowledge of, and ability to speak credibly to, integration use cases and APIs

  • Possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English

  • Travel for customer meetings as needed (once it is safe to do so)

  • Have 3+ years of SaaS pre-sales or related experience (customer success, implementation or other customer-facing roles)

  • Be authorized to work in and travel throughout the US

Compensation and Benefits

About the interview process

Transparency is one of our core values. Here's what you can expect during the interview process:

- Initial intro conversation with our internal talent acquisition team (Warren) 20 mins

- A short cognitive and personality assessment (30 mins)

- A 30-minute behavioral-based interview with the hiring manager (Leon)

- A 30-minute interview with a sales manager

- 1 hour panel demo presentation (40 mins demo/20 mins Q&A)

** This role will report directly to our Director of Solutions Consulting - America (Leon Russo).
