About the Role

  • Your work schedule would be Tuesday-Friday from 9am - 6pm PT and Saturday from 6am - 3pm PT

  • Work on an assigned portfolio of delinquent loans ranging from 3 or more days past due through loan charge off

  • Conduct member outreach via phone, email, chat or text to engage and assist our members with resolutions to current delinquencies

  • Evaluate member’s current circumstances and finances in order to provide an appropriate option for our members to address their financial hardship

  • Strong negotiation skills to mitigate potential loss

About You

  • 2+ Years of experience in Collections

  • Experience providing world-class customer service 

  • Extremely comfortable with computers and G-suite

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems & processes

  • Strong negotiating, communication, typing, and written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and a passion for accuracy 

  • Strong ability to make lasting impressions and quickly build meaningful connections with people

  • Goal-oriented and experienced in high-performance teams

  • Comfortable spending a majority of your time engaging with a customer over the phone

  • Willingness to obtain collection licensing as required by each state

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently in a 100% remote environment
