Senior Video Animator

We're looking for a world-class Senior Video Animator to create unique and effective social media clips for companies from their podcast episodes, as well as long-from video podcasts, and YouTube-style educational videos.

Hatch is a video-first content agency. We help B2B companies create video podcasts, YouTube video series, and short-form video clips for social media. Our goal is to be the #1 agency in the world helping companies use video-first content to win. 

💼 Role Overview:

• Full-time, 40-hour per week position.

• Work from home - 9am to 5pm (your local time-zone).

• Enhance your skills through ongoing training and development.

💪 What You'll Do:

• Create animated YouTube videos to meet Hatch's and clients' standards.  

• Produce short-form videos for LinkedIn, TikTok, IG, and YouTube, following style guides and quality standards.  

• Maintain organized systems: file naming, folder uploads, and project updates.  

• Participate in team calls and communicate via Trello and Slack.  

• Stay updated on video/podcasting trends to innovate and test new styles.  

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years with animation and video editing, and 2+ years creating captions in English.

• Experience in color grading footage, a good understanding in audio mixing, and basic typography and design skills.

• Expert at Adobe After Effects, and with skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Experience with Adobe graphic editing tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

• Familiarity with collaboration tools and AI video tools.
