Lifecycle Marketing Manager - Mental Health & Skin
Hims & Hers Health, Inc. (better known as Hims & Hers) is a multi-specialty telehealth platform building a virtual front door to the healthcare system. Hims & Hers connects consumers to licensed healthcare professionals, enabling people to access high-quality medical care—from wherever is most convenient—for numerous conditions related to primary care, mental health, sexual health, skincare, and more. Launched in November 2017, the platform also offers thoughtfully created and curated health and wellness products.
About Role:
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced CRM team. You’ll report to the Sr. CRM Lead and focus on the Mental Health and Skin verticals to optimize customer conversion, retention, loyalty, and reactivation at Hims & Hers. The position involves strategic planning & day-to-day hands-on creation, execution and optimization of lifecycle campaigns. You’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders and build best practices to implement across additional business verticals.
The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and passionate about the end-to-end customer journey, is strategic, technical, and analytical, and is relentless in implementing qualitative and quantitative insights to build a world class lifecycle marketing program.
Responsibilities:
Guide lifecycle strategy across the Mental Health & Skin categories, driving improved performance across funnel conversion, retention and winback stages.
Ownership of the day-to-day, hands-on execution of all things email, SMS, and mobile push notifications (project management, ideation, briefing, segmentation, creative feedback, campaign setup and QA) in our ESP, Braze
Ensure high quality and error-free launch, monitoring, and reporting of campaigns
Be a subject matter expert in the customer journey for Mental Health & Skin, understanding motivations/blockers/opportunities in partnership with cross-functional partners (Analytics, Customer Insights, Product, Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing)
Create a hypothesis-based A/B testing roadmap to implement tests and analyze results
Guide email segmentation, targeting, and contact strategies (cadence & frequency)
Translate business goals and opportunities into quarterly marketing plans, with the ability to self-manage your performance versus targets
Maintain Mental Health & Skin Customer Journey Maps - ensuring they are regularly updated to reflect the current state of live flows
Partner with Lifecycle Managers of other business verticals (including Hair and Sex) to uncover cross-vertical opportunities and to maximize production efficiency
Any other duties assigned from time to time
Experience/Skills:
4+ years of experience in CRM and Lifecycle Marketing across various segments (prospects, active users, canceled users)
Bachelor’s degree
Hands-on experience with Braze, Iterable or similar ESP
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Analytical thinker - comfortable with A/B test design & analysis
Strong campaign management and problem solving skills
Content strategy - can work with designers to whip up creative concepts and copy for email marketing campaigns
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and email client basics
Ability to adjust communication and presentations to business audiences of all levels
Strong desire and curiosity to learn, continuously improve, and expand skills
Entrepreneurial spirit - stays up to date on competition and trends, and brings new ideas to the table constantly
Strong customer-first mindset.
