Senior Marketing Manager, Offline TV

About the role: 

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Offline Growth Marketing team! This candidate will be responsible for campaigns in broadcast and streaming TV, working closely with Analytics, Integrated Marketing, Creative, and Digital growth teams. This individual will have a deep understanding of performance TV campaigns, the offline media landscape, marketing strategies, and testing.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead marketing strategy, planning, and execution of growth campaigns in Linear and Streaming TV. Responsible for performance, budget pacing, and optimizations of both performance and awareness campaigns across product categories.

  • Own analysis & reporting on channel performance with meticulous attention to detail, partnering with marketing analytics on developing tools and measurement methodologies for hard-to-measure channels.

  • Drive strategic roadmap for TV, including experimentation and innovation, to meet both short-term and long-term acquisition goals and drive impact for the business.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and creative teams on executional needs for TV advertisements.

  • Collaborate with partners in acquisition, retention, product marketing, and integrated marketing teams to develop insights and actions that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the product verticals.

  • Proactively bring new ideas to improve performance and provide support on all offline channel tests.

Experience & Skills: 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in TV marketing and/or Offline marketing

  • 2+ years of experience in Direct Response media buying or media planning at an agency or in-house for a brand

  • Hands on experience managing performance marketing campaigns with acquisition KPIs

  • Experience measuring & running experiments within offline performance campaigns

  • Strong problem solver and analytical thinker with enthusiasm for data-driven marketing

  • Experienced storyteller with the ability to develop campaigns that get customers’ attention and build experiences people love

  • Experience using insights and strategic thinking to influence stakeholders

  • Experience driving complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
