Sales Account Executive (Remote)

The InfoTrust Growth and Partnerships team is seeking an accomplished Account Executive to drive our fast-growing data and analytics business across consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail and other verticals. The Account Executive will be assigned a number of key accounts/partners and will be responsible for ensuring successful relationships and revenue growth.

Account Executive:

The InfoTrust Account Executive needs to be a highly-organized, self-motivated, and resourceful individual who welcomes the opportunity to grow our existing partnerships. This person must love working with people to build and maintain accounts and must be able to remain professional and helpful under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Strategy

    • Develop effective strategies and tactical plans for achieving client goals.

    • Uncover net new business opportunities and successfully take through the sale cycle to close.

    • Understand customers’ business needs and take a consultative approach in handling all aspects of the sales cycle.

  • Client Service

    • Partner with the Customer Success Team to renew existing customers.

    • Make sure our clients have an outstanding experience while working with our teams.

    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of InfoTrust offerings to answer questions and make recommendations to meet customers/prospects needs.

    • Work collaboratively with InfoTrust employees across the organization to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded when possible.

  • Strategy Execution

    • Account Executives will be responsible for qualifying sales opportunities, setting proper customer expectations, handling negotiations and accurately forecasting to management.

    • Responsible for consistent communication for assigned accounts at with key decision makers and at all levels of the organization (C, SVP, VP, Dir, etc..). For example, sharing relevant industry articles and inviting them to InfoTrust webinars that are pertinent to their role

    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual qualified meeting and revenue goals.

    • Track and monitor all sales activity in Salesforce.

  • Reporting and analysis

    • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly revenue goals.

    • Develop account plans for all assigned accounts.

    • Partner with the Delivery and Customer Success teams to prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Results presentations to key client stakeholders.

  • Market expansion support

    • Partner with new business development and Client Success team on onboarding new clients.

    • Provide strategic market and client insights to InfoTrust senior management and research global expansion opportunities.

    • Support sales efforts as a team member and a subject matter expert. This may include helping create sales presentations, delivering sales presentations and webinars, creating content, promoting InfoTrust thought leadership across social media.

Desired skills and qualifications: the ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experiences and qualities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales/account management in digital software, technology services, consulting or agency B2B environment.

  • Proven track record of growing accounts year-over-year.

  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for building relationships and uncovering new opportunities in a rapidly-changing environment.

  • Proven expertise in preparing presentations, business plans, and financial proposals.

  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to tailor messages for both business and technical audiences; comfort in addressing informal team meetings and delivering prepared presentations to executives/external audiences.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on technical projects, specifically translating business objectives/priorities for product management and engineering colleagues.

  • Ability to prioritize, identify problems, quickly devise feasible solution options, disseminate the appropriate information to relevant partners, and ultimately bring about timely resolution.

  • Willingness to travel (up to 25-30% of the time)
