Who you are

We are currently seeking a Product Manager who will be focusing on key growth initiatives for our Media business. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have a keen eye for helping improve our new solutions across emerging channels like CTV and Digital Out of Home (DOOH). We are seeking a highly skilled product marketer with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product development — from conception through release. This candidate may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share.

Your daily impact as a Product Manager - Media

  • Define and execute of the product roadmap for InMarket’s CTV & DOOH products by collaborating with cross-functional teams from engineering, sales, marketing, and operations

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to launch, market, and support new products or features in CTV & DOOH

  • Identify key opportunities to connect InMarket’s CTV & DOOH offerings to the broader suite of InMarket products 

  • Manage vendor and partner relationships as necessary to support these products and future roadmaps

  • Provide oversight into the financial performance of CTV & DOOH products through price setting, cross-product bundles, and cost management

  • Define and execute data-driven product improvements of our proprietary bidder

  • Leverage customer feedback, market trends, and data to align and prioritize product roadmap with market and revenue opportunity

  • Evangelize product ideas with core internal stakeholders and external customers

  • Develop a strong understanding of the technology and products of the full InMarket portfolio, working with cross-organizational product and tech teams to build unique value for customers

  • Support sales teams in pre-sales technical and product discussions, as well as in growing strategic accounts

  • Partner with engineering to communicate product requirements, solve technical and customer challenges, and drive successful sprints

Experience and Expertise

  • 3+ years of product management experience, or similar experience in the adtech industry, preferably working on CTV and/or DOOH products

  • 3+ years working in adtech with experience in digital media advertising and understanding of the campaign lifecycle

  • Foundational knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem ranging from supply partners, ad serving platforms, DSPs and SSPs

  • Strong understanding of the pricing, packaging, and services within the programmatic landscape

  • Proficient in competitive assessments and positioning, product planning, sales training, and customer presentations 

  • Passionate about thinking big and creatively to differentiate in the market and grow the business

  • Strong iterative test-and-learn mindset to product development

  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical people

  • Data-driven approach to business and product decisions

  • Certified sense of humor a plus

  • Working knowledge of SQL for ad hoc analysis and visualizations/dashboard creation


Preferred

  • Previous experience working on CTV and/or DOOH products

  • Functional technical understanding of web technologies and application programming interfaces (APIs) 

  • Working knowledge of RTB ecosystem

For candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City, the Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements. Base salary is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Base salary is just one component of InMarket’s total rewards package that also may include bonus, equity, and benefits.  Ask your recruiter for more information!
