
Renewal Account Manager

Responsibilities & Duties:
Proactively work with our customers to renew their support contracts and subscription renewals
Create, revised and deliver renewal offers/quotes, based on contract information and customer usage, while adhering to company direction and guidelines
Deliver renewal offers/quotes on-time to appropriate customer contacts
Report and maintain an accurate forecast; manage renewal forecasting meetings and collaboration activities for designated account portfolio
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with guidance from relevant internal departments and management
Process renewal orders
Maintain and update account information in CRM and SFDC hygiene
Refer potential opportunities for expansion to our Sales team
Follow and adhere to best practices for internal processes including opportunity management, data quality, and accuracy, quotations and forecasting
Maximize retention, identify expansion opportunities, and drive a high degree of customer satisfaction
Engages with customers to identify growth opportunities and at-risk situations; escalating those instances to the appropriate resources Instructure
Share customer feedback with appropriate internal departments to including but not limited Customer Success, Support, and management
Recommend and Assist with improving systems and processes to drive continued evolution and scalability of the renewal process
Demonstrate a strong ability to organize and prioritize actives with many requests at once while staying in a proactive state
Requirements:
3-5 years industry experience, sales experience or renewal management experience
Must have excellent written and verbal skills in order to communicate and negotiate with customers
Highly detail and process oriented
Proficient with systems and the ability to utilize new systems quickly.
Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com and Gainsight;
Knowledge of CPQ a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cross functionally with other departments and team members
Experience working across and prioritizing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Experience providing outstanding customer service
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to execute
Discovery, negotiation and closing skills
Consistent track record of achieving individual goals and achieving team retention targets
Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment with a strategic and problem-solving mindset
