Supply Chain, New Markets
About Jetson
Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.
Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, yet adoption of solutions like heat pumps remains slow due to cost and complexity. Jetson is solving this by building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company — making clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.
We rely heavily on technology, automation, and data to scale this impact. At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done.
The Opportunity
We are rapidly expanding our footprint and are hiring a Supply Chain, New Markets role to support expansion into new markets across the U.S. This role is focused on hands-on execution and on-site launch ownership, ensuring new locations are operationally ready on time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, physical work, and building things from the ground up. You will travel to new warehouse locations to set up supply chain operations, warehouse spaces, vehicles & offices, receiving & organizing inventory, and training local teams to operate independently by launch. Acting as a key on-the-ground representative of Supply Chain, you will serve as a liaison between regional teams and headquarters, helping bring the “Jetson Way” to life on site. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Expansion, and Operations teams to support in-person processes and ensure a smooth market launch.
This is an individual contributor role with high autonomy, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Lead, New Markets.
