JumpCloud is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the product vision and delivery for JumpCloud’s MSP product offerings. This is a highly strategic and visible product manager role to accelerate growth in an area where JumpCloud has already established a strong presence and success.

About the Team: 

JumpCloud is the Directory Platform that consolidates the management of a remote workforce across complex IT environments. Our product team is building a directory that eliminates the mundane tasks from an IT admin’s workflow and allows them to make swift, intelligent decisions to actively manage the proper access to all IT resources across their managed organizations—including their device, networks, and applications—with ease and clarity. Our Cloud Directory aims to provide admins a single platform that intelligently orchestrates the entire user lifecycle across an extensive collection of endpoints.

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years of Product Management Experience

  • Deep understanding of the managed services space, and of managed service providers’ business model and tools they use

  • Setting product strategies and roadmaps for MSP SaaS products to drive business growth

  • Defining and designing product features and functionality 

  • Designing user journeys

  • Timely product delivery by collaborating with engineering, UX, product marketing, and other relevant stakeholders 

  • Data-driven decision making capturing all customer feedback, product insights, market trends and other relevant information to drive the product roadmap 

  • Sensitivity to delivering pristine user experience to drive high customer satisfaction and strong adoption rates

  • Setting product goals and developing systems to track progress towards the goals 

  • Setting MSP products pricing and packaging strategy consistent with the wider JumpCloud offering pricing and packaging strategy

Responsible for:

  • Setting the MSP product strategy and roadmap in line with the wider JumpCloud product strategy

  • Optimizing the MSP admin and user journeys

  • Defining the functionality, usability, and user experience of new features

  • Sharing the MSP product and features vision with the wider organization

  • Overseeing the timely execution of the product roadmap working with engineering, architecture, and UX teams and play an active role when required 

  • Contributing to the MSP product marketing strategy for product launches, product trainings, and other initiatives 

  • Identifying data required to help drive product decisions and collaborate with relevant parties to make it consistently available 

  • Analyzing customer feedback, product insights, support tickets, and other customer interactions to inform the product strategy, roadmap and development

  • Scanning the market for new trends, innovations, and requirements to stay relevant and at the forefront of innovation

  • Developing and driving new product offerings, packaging, and commercial constructs

  • Representing JumpCloud when meeting strategic customers, partners, industry researchers

  • Acting as an evangelist of our product offerings internally and externally

  • Communicating and delivering product updates to internal stakeholders and customers

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $145,000-$190,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions.

Where you’ll be working/Location:

JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in this Job Description. For US Roles: All roles posted in United States locations do require that you be located within one of the 50 U.S. States.  Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area but as a remote company, you are able to work remotely anywhere in the U.S.  If you would like to spend time in our offices in the Denver/Boulder area, you are welcome to do that as well.
