for a UGC Video Editor who’s passionate about creating performance-driven visual content for Meta ads and other paid channels. If you live and breathe user-generated content, thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, and understand what makes people click “Buy Now”, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you ! 

Get ready to

  • Collaborate closely with PPC specialists and creatives to produce high-converting video ads

  • Craft visuals and video content that align with performance metrics and user behavior

  • Develop and iterate on video templates, storyboards, and design specs for various channels

  • Take part in brainstorms, idea validation, and ongoing creative testing

  • Constantly improve output based on ad performance data

We expect you to

  • Be fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects or Premiere

  • Hook attention in the first 3 seconds—every time

  • Have hands-on experience editing UGC ads for D2C brands and paid social campaigns

  • Know how to turn raw UGC footage into polished, high-converting creatives

  • Be fluent in TikTok, Instagram, and short-form trends—and use them to your advantage

  • Work independently or with loose briefs—you're resourceful and self-motivated

  • Understand pacing, captions, storytelling, and CTA placement for digital ads

Salary

€50–€150 per video batch (depending on length and complexity)

Location

Fully remote.
