Senior UX Designer

User Experience Designer

Leadgenius is a leader in SaaS for Enterprise Sales and Marketing teams. We have a full service WebApp, Chrome plugin and data service that delivers high quality sales and marketing intelligence to some of the world’s largest Sales and Marketing teams. We are looking for a strong UX Design leader who can help lead our team through the next phase of product growth.

What you will do as a UX Designer:

  • Create experience visions from a rough idea to prototype

  • Validate and iterate on designs through qualitative user research

  • Examine and reimagine key customer journeys to gain expertise in them

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to execute your designs

  • Collaborate with product and sales to develop and deliver customer updates outside of our product releases

Your skills:

  • A portfolio that shows experience with B2B Enterprise software

  • Experience with data, analytics and enterprise teams

  • A strong desire to build a strong design culture

  • Expert in designing user centric onboarding experiences

Great to have:

  • Familiarity with B2B sales

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach etc

  • Experience with internal tooling and workflows
