Job Description

At Legendary Marketing we run podcasting services. We help our customers to get booked onto top podcasts, participate in podcast tours as well help them to produce their own podcasts.

We are in an exciting stage of growth and getting ready to scale our agency and require an Executive Assistant for our Executive Team.

Job Brief:

As an Executive Assistant no day is the same, and you will be involved in a variety of business activities.

 

High Overview Responsibilities:

  • Client success support

  • HR support

  • Finance admin support

  • Executive team support

  • Social media management support

Key Daily Responsibilities:

  • Leave review and approval

  • Contract submission for new team members

  • Onboarding new team member (company culture orientation)

  • Recruiting/job postings

  • Invoices (Admin)

  • Client intake form monitoring

  • Assisting with team correspondence and communications

  • Client health checks

  • Onboarding podcast booking clients 

  • Coordinating with the team for any social media requirements

Please Note* This is a 100% remote role where you will be working with a distributed team from all over the globe. Please be aware that you will be required to work EST hours.

 What You Need:

  • Experience working in a 100% remote working environment

  • 2 years minimum administrative and executive support experience, agency experience a plus!

  • Well versed in operating across multiple business units/departments

  • Familiar with the tools digital: e.g., Click Up/Slack/Google Workspace

  • A consistent, quiet work space for your home office where you can work quietly and uninterrupted.

  • A reliable internet connection. You should be able to easily participate in video calls wherever you are working.

  • Your own standard work laptop/computer and headset.
