Campaign Operations Coordinator

What would I do at Litmus?

As the Campaign Operations Coordinator, you will provide collaborative support to our Go To Market (GTM) teams. Specifically you’ll, focus on empowering our marketing team, driving alignment between our marketing and sales teams, and striving for operational excellence. 

On any given day you might

  • Oversee the operational aspects of campaign preparation, attribution within Marketo

  • Triage marketing-related requests in our internal ticketing platform

  • Manage campaign calendars across multiple clients, keeping a sharp eye towards launch dates and proactively resolving campaign scheduling conflicts

  • Document and report on established campaign production processes and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization

  • Build, document, and QA all campaign segmentations, lists, and campaign assets associated with a campaign

  • Create campaign reports for client stakeholders, including A/B testing reports, making recommendations to clients based on findings

  • Prepare and deliver complete, concise, and easy-to-follow walkthroughs of campaigns implemented and executed for each client

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team, ensuring initiatives can be executed within our tech stack, budget and timeframe

  • Assist in ongoing data management in Marketo to ensure data quality

What is Litmus looking for in a candidate?

  • Prior experience in an email marketing or marketing operations role; this is a great opportunity for an early professional or industry pivot

  • Hands-on experience using Marketo

  • Experience with both inbound- and outbound-driven GTM motions

  • Knowledgeable in defining, building, and maintaining marketing segmentations

  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Takes initiative and is able to deliver results without much supervision
