What would I do at Litmus?

As a Growth Manager, BizOps and Strategy, you’ll have a unique opportunity to help us understand and quantify our impact to customers through meaningful and actionable product insights that drive product strategy and innovation. You’ll play a key role in helping Litmus understand critical business issues around activation, engagement, and retention through various (e.g. growth modeling, cohort or behavior analysis, clustering, regression) methodologies.

This is a highly visible, collaboration-focused role with a large emphasis on co-creating a data-informed strategy that is measured and validated throughout the development lifecycle.

On any given day you might

  • Scope, evaluate, and execute new growth opportunities to accelerate our subscription business by leveraging key insights gained through research and data enquiry

  • Represent the voice of the business goals and growth levers among cross-functional partners by highlighting product performance, retention drivers, user behaviors, and synthesize findings across multiple channels of data and customer feedback

  • Effectively communicate findings, results, and recommendations to executives, product teams, and the company, tailoring the message the fit the needs of the audience you’re presenting to 

  • Support efforts to roll out new practices or programs to help us strengthen our data practice e.g. governance, experimentation, KPI definition

  • Partner with Product and Marketing colleagues to develop Litmus’s product roadmap, feature functionality, and new innovations experiments to evolve our growth strategy

What is Litmus looking for in a candidate?

  • Demonstrated success in relevant roles such as product analytics, growth, strategy, or insights; previous SaaS, consulting, or PE/VC experience a plus

  • “Sleeves rolled up” mentality; you’re able to translate broad questions into structured data enquiries and initiate an action plan with limited direction

  • Must love data; you bring advanced proficiency in excel and experience with modeling tools and approaches

  • Ability to explain complex research to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and translate conclusions into straightforward and actionable business terms

  • Familiarity with modern business applications (Salesforce, Pardot, Zuora, Periscope Data)
