WHAT YOU’LL DO 🏪

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure our stores are well-stocked and ready for customers by placing inventory orders

• Communicate effectively with on-the-ground teams by both phone and text to coordinate activities and facilitate operations

• Troubleshoot problems as they arise in operational processes

• Ensure accurate tracking of team hours and activities

• Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance

• Contribute to the overall mission of improving the company and enhancing operational smoothness
