Operations Analyst (Work Hard, Have Fun, Long-Term Role)

This is a full-time remote position to work closely with two business owners on daily tasks and projects (oftentimes personal needs), helping them to increase productivity and their quality of life.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 🏪

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure our stores are well-stocked and ready for customers by placing inventory orders
- Communicate effectively with on-the-ground teams by both phone and text to coordinate activities and facilitate operations
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise in operational processes
- Ensure accurate tracking of team hours and activities
- Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance
- Contribute to the overall mission of improving the company and enhancing operational smoothness
