Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to lead and drive data initiatives that help inform critical business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and analyze data, turning it into actionable insights. Your expertise will play a key role in generating data-driven strategies that will support Luna Joy’s mission to improve mental health services for women.
As part of the Luna Joy team, you will play an essential role in directly contributing to support the mental health journey of one million women with purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. Key Responsibilities:
Gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
Design and develop visualizations that effectively communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders using tools like Power BI and Python.
Generate insights from data sets using machine learning and statistical techniques.
Collaborate closely with and lead cross-functional teams to complete data projects and ensure successful delivery.
Identify problems and propose solutions even when requirements are ambiguous or not clearly defined.
Translate complex data analysis into clear and concise reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in writing code in one or more programming languages.
Experience with technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
Proficiency in SQL, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, and ETL Tools.
Strong experience in building dashboards and data transformation using data visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in data collection, data transformation, and developing data dashboards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights with stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Highly independent and able to navigate ambiguity while delivering results.
