
Senior Analyst, Marketing & Sales Insights
Job Description
The Marketing & Sales Insights team is seeking a Senior Analyst who will deliver impactful new insights to help inform on marketing and sales strategies. We believe data is critical to our success. The priority of this role is to drive delivery of insights and analytics around marketing performance, sales optimization and ad-hoc analyses. Your work will contribute to validating marketing plans, campaigns, lead generation, commercial efforts, and strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for insights through analyses, metrics to measure success, and storytelling to inform.
Engage cross-functionally with Marketing, SalesOps, Commercial teams, and Core Data team to identify data needs, maintain data integrity, and support analyses
Analyze data from various digital marketing channels (earned, owned, and paid media) to understand social strategies, website, and ad performance and to provide recommendations for improving
Provide analysis utilizing cross-channel data from events, campaigns, emails, ads, sales upsell to understand what marketing and sales efforts are most effective in the buyer’s journey
Own reporting on the marketing and sales funnel, creating key metrics, and cadence for communicating results
Provide analysis and insights into marketing, sales, and partner initiatives, including campaign performance, event success, channel contribution, and segmentation
Collaborate with the data team to build out and maintain an infrastructure engine to support analyses and publishing timely results
Partner with the data team to create dashboards and self-serving tools to help business partners quickly see results and make faster decisions
Maintain the CRMs including contact clean up, lead scoring improvements, and system enhancements
Conduct ad hoc analyses as required
Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor marketing’s scorecard/dashboard to measure success
Develop, enhance, and maintain sales reporting and lead scoring models
Develop, enhance, and maintain CRM strategy, communications, and reporting
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify emerging needs and business challenges
Articulate insights and provide recommendations
Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to develop and track KPIs
Support research through analysis, presentations, and reporting out results
Qualifications:
7+ years of professional experience in marketing analysis, data analysis, marketing intelligence, and data visualization
Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, demand generation, and sales pipeline
Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Technical understanding of data visualization, data collection, and analysis
Familiarity working with databases, CRM platforms, and other marketing platforms
Experience in analyzing a diverse set of data sources, creating insights, and ability to drive change
Ability to work in a fast pace environment balancing multiple projects and priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capable of networking at all levels, building relationships, and influencing
Curious, a can-do attitude, and willingness to take ownership
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Advance SQL, and/or Power BI knowledge
Experience with Tableau or other analytics visualization tools
Education:
BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Data Science or a related field
MA/MS/MBA Master's Degree (preferred)

US Base Salary Range
$97,000—$136,000 USD
