What are we looking for?

🔎 The company automates the collection of workforce data, and allows project teams to accurately enhance attendance, timekeeping, safety, and security data in real time. Visualize data about the workforce on the jobsite during the course of construction, displayed in an easy-to-use cloud-based platform.

We are looking for a creative, ambitious, self-driven, and forward thinking Product Designer. Someone who will grow and maintain the product design system to build powerful easy to use products and features.

 Must Have

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a product design role managing the design process from customer research through delivery and iteration. Plus you've had first-hand involvement shaping the product design strategy of a scaling startup.

• Passion and a proven record of creating intuitive, simple, and delightful user experiences

• Collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to lead a process, taking complex concepts to distill them down so that anyone can understand them

• Conducted user research and synthesized insights into actionable product and design recommendations

• The ability and motivation to work independently, lead design projects and initiatives, while staying comfortable with ambiguity and flexibility

• The skillset to work and communicate with engineers to prioritize tasks while understanding technical complexities

• A strong eye for usability and quality design, plus a creative mindset

• Experience managing the design process within Figma from start to finish while collaborating with a team of developers

Responsibilities

• Work hand-in-hand with the founders, engineers, customer success, and sales teams to deliver exceptional product designs and experiences

• Design style guides, components, screens, and usability patterns while building supporting documentation with team members

• Prototype and test products and feature variations based on user research

• Join in user conversations to understand what they want to accomplish with a product

• Collaborate and meet with team members to give feedback and improve processes
