The Role

We're seeking an experienced Video Editor with strong motion graphics skills to help create high-quality, engaging content for our expanding audience. The ideal candidate will transform raw footage and concepts into polished, professional videos that maintain our channel's established style while bringing fresh creative ideas to continue our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit footage to create compelling narrative structures for YouTube videos

- Design and implement engaging motion graphics and visual effects

- Enhance video content with text overlays, transitions, and animations

- Optimize videos for YouTube performance (pacing, hooks, retention)

- Collaborate with our team to implement feedback and revisions

- Meet consistent deadlines in a fast-paced content creation schedule

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video editing expertise

- Experience editing content for YouTube or similar platforms

- Creative storytelling ability through visual medium

- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines

- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Understanding of YouTube trends and best practices
