Product Manager

MrQ is looking for a Product Manager to join the Product team, work side by side with other skilled Product Managers and play a crucial role in defining and driving the vision, strategy, development and life cycle of the products handled by one of our dedicated Tribes.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead product initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, leveraging Agile methodologies to deliver high-impact results.

This role will focus on Internal Operations and Marketing Tools.

What You Will Do

  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear Product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with Tribe engineers and stakeholders to define Product roadmaps and prioritize feature development based on business value and customer feedback.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define Product requirements, specifications, and timelines.

  • Feedback Loop: Establish and maintain a robust and frequent feedback loop with internal operators to gather insights, assess areas for improvement, understand their workflows, pain points, and requirements. and validate product changes.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product status, demos, milestones, and priorities. 

  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize internal processes through enhancements to backoffice tools.

  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and iterate on backoffice tools based on internal feedback, data analysis, and changing business needs.

  • Iterative Development: Drive the Agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3 years+ experience in Product Management or within the iGaming Industry. Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle. A strong understanding of the iGaming industry and its products, processes as well as compliance requirements.

  • Agile Practitioner: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels; ability to communicate effectively with non-technical internal stakeholders and translate their needs into technical requirements; ability to create and maintain fruitful and frequent feedback loops with relevant stakeholders. 

  • Dedication to Product Excellence: A strong drive to understand and support internal stakeholders, enhance their daily workflows, and meticulously design high-quality products that improve their productivity and satisfaction.

  • Strategic Thinker: Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions, assess priorities and approach problems with proactive mindset. 

  • Operational Insight: Knowledge of internal operations, workflows, and processes to better understand the context and impact of product decisions.

  • Feedback Management: Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and acting on feedback from internal users to drive continuous improvement.

  • Background Skills: former experience in enhancing Products to support Compliance Operations Team / Marketing Team / Players Experience Team will be highly appreciated.
    Former experience in dealing with Retention mechanics and Bonus Engines will be considered a plus.

Ideally, this role is based in Malta or the UK. However, we are also open to hiring fully remote candidates under a B2B consultancy agreement.
