Social Media Assistant

Major Responsibilities 

·   Coordinate with customer service team on responsibilities regarding answering DMs and comments

·   Monitor all social media communications on content: engage users with prompt responses, pro-actively ask questions, and cultivate relationships with the audience (FB, IG, Tiktok, YouTube, etc.)

·   Repost user generated stories and reels

·   Repost Nama stories and reels according to the schedule

·   Drive engagement, commenting on hashtags and tagged content.

·   Keep track of partner content and when they posted – so we can better understand engagement for each partner

·    Assist with putting together data for better analysis and planning

·    Assist - marketing with meeting set-up 

·    Assist with sending out PR/Affiliate Product Requests

 

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field

  • 1+ years of experience in social media and/or customer service

  • Collaborative and adaptable

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Superior organizational and time management skills

  • Knowledge of relevant social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pintrest and planning software.

  • Pro-active in learning the latest Social best practices

  • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
