
Product Owner
Location: Remote (Ukraine)
Your expertise:
Professional Experience and Methodologies:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in dynamic and fast-paced environments
Proven expertise in Agile frameworks with at least 3+ years working in Kanban environments and a strong grasp of Agile principles and methodologies
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Demonstrated experience with web technologies and web-based projects
Comprehensive understanding of web application development, including requirements gathering and management processes
Proficiency in system integration concepts such as WebServices and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Skilled in business modeling techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN) to clearly define and document processes
Strong analytical abilities to effectively gather, interpret, and address complex business requirements
Ability to prioritize competing demands, leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives
Communication and Leadership:
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of simplifying and conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences
Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining a proactive and results-oriented mindset
History of taking ownership and demonstrating maturity in decision-making processes
Documentation and Process Improvement:
Expertise in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation to enhance team collaboration and process transparency
Will definitely be a plus:
Experience in project management
Knowledge of ML tools or experience in Machine Learning environments
Understanding of basic technologies like HTML, CSS, SQL
Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Draw.io, Atlassian Confluence, JIRA, and Smartsheet
Technical background (developer / QA experience) or prior roles in customer support requiring strong interpersonal skills

You will be involved into:
Be a key Machine Learning Development Team member, driving product implementation and delivering business value aligned with the team’s vision
Partner with stakeholders to identify challenges, understand user needs, and seize business opportunities
Lead and manage the product backlog following Kanban principles, ensuring prioritization, clarity, and continuous visibility
Facilitate agile ceremonies and collaborate with other product teams to ensure seamless product releases and updates
Align technical capabilities with business goals by working closely with technical teams and setting realistic delivery timelines
Act as a proactive advocate for continuous improvement, iterating on processes and methodologies based on team and stakeholder feedback
Take ownership of tactical decisions and maintain transparent communication across all stakeholders
