Ethereum developers can scale performance and access new liquidity without significant code changes, or build scalable applications from day one.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for back-office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Finance, Legal, and HR teams to understand their current processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Design and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  Continuously monitor and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.

• Identify opportunities for automation within back-office processes.

• Write basic scripts to automate routine tasks and integrate various tools and integrate tools such as Slack, Notion, and Jira to enhance workflow and communication.

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects aimed at process improvement and automation.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, changes, and improvements.

• Communicate project updates and results to stakeholders.

• Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Finance, Legal, and HR processes.

• Proficiency in using and integrating tools such as Slack, Notion, and Jira.

• Basic scripting skills for automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

• Fluent written and verbal English and Russian.
