The innovation department at Omnipresent reports directly to our CEO, and is in charge of the development of new products that would become the future of Omnipresent. This setup enables the innovation team to operate independently like a startup within Omnipresent. This is an amazing opportunity to work in an early stage startup environment - but having the back of a well funded and established company like Omnipresent.
The innovation team is in charge and measured for bringing the new products to life, taking care of the 0 to 1. This includes setting a business model, conducting market research and user interviews, product management, engineering, and collaboration with other professional departments at Omnipresent for subject matter support, such as finance, payroll, benefits, etc.
What will you do? (The role)
This role reports to the Head of International Expansion.
Support the innovation team, across all new products, with everything business related.
You will be sourcing and managing business partnerships around different areas, such as:
Payroll and Fintech providers
Benefits providers
Tech companies and startups
Conduct industry research, competitive research, and gather customer insights and feedback
You will be involved with leading sales processes with new and existing clients
Business processes optimization and automation
Develop the business development strategy in order to increase the company customer base and its revenue streams.

Conceptualizing business solutions for real-world problems
Managing large-scale and international partnerships
Business analysis and recognizing industry trends
Finding simple solutions for complex problems
Great attention to details
Working in fast pace environment
Interacting with external and internal stakeholders at all levels and functions
You're the kind of person who... (Requirements)
+5 years of experience in Business Development roles in startups (ideally in the FinTech, LegalTech or HR space)
Is passionate about innovation and building solutions from the ground up
Doesn’t take no as an answer and will think of creative solutions to get to a yes
Strong self-starter attitude and are eager to learn that which you do not know
Strong communication skills as well as excellent negotiation skills
What would make you really stand out? (Bonus points)
Previous experience in global payroll
Previous experience in HR Tech
Previous experience in early-stage startups (0 to 1)
MBA or other related advanced degree is an advantage

Secondary caregivers that have been with us for 12 months are entitled to 8 weeks fully paid parental leave.

Home office setup: It should go without saying that we will provide you with the equipment you need to work from home in the same way you would if you were in an office. We will provide you with the home office equipment you need to enable you to work effectively wherever you are, including covering internet costs.
Education budget: Your development should be a continuous conversation with your manager and they will support you in choosing what you need whether that's accreditations, workshops, or formal degree programs or courses.
