Role:

The Sr. Manager, FP&A will work cross-functionally with the objective of obtaining key business data and performing analysis and reports required for supporting and improving Company performance, processes and strategies. This position can be anywhere in the US. The individual will support senior management in developing financial, operational and strategic models.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning

• Structure, build, and maintain complex financial and decision-making models to develop meaningful insights and actionable recommendations

• Provide management with insights into drivers of revenue and expenses, as well as risks and opportunities

• Identify and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve process, systems and automation to help the business scale

• Build strong relationships across the company in all departments to drive alignment toward company’s goals

• Develop dashboards to track key performance metrics and monitor business performance

• Champion expense management and efficiency efforts across the function you support; drive expense management discussions across functional leadership; make recommendations and influence efficiency decisions. Serve as a financial challenger to the business

REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA preferred

• 5-7 years related finance experience

• Experienced in Software-as-a-Service or B2B subscription model

• Strong relationship building and influence skills

• Proficient in Adaptive

• Solid understanding and use of accounting and finance principles

• Solid understanding of all the Financial statements especially the Balance Sheet

• Solid project management skills, ability to independently manage tasks on time

• Identifies business needs and proposes effective solutions

• Flexible and willing to pick up new responsibilities over time

• A change agent who is flexible, resilient, and able to thrive in a dynamic, rapid paced environment

• Strong financial modeling experience

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Excellent communication skills
