While it feels like we’ve come a long way, we’re just getting started.
To help us unlock the next level of growth, we're looking for a Director of Talent.
You'll serve as a high-impact, cross-functional leader responsible for scaling our team, systems, and processes. You'll work directly with the VP of People and other members of Leadership to identify key hiring needs across the organization.
What you will be doing:
Attract and retain the best talent to achieve a diverse, inclusive, and ambitious environment
You’ll have a data-driven mentality and generate metrics to evaluate effectiveness, return on investment, and inclusivity of programs, identifying insights that will drive continuous improvement
You’ll collaborate with key executive stakeholders & managers, to measure impact and start to assess and predict future hiring needs
You’ll serve as a resource for team members and leaders, providing education and perspective on our programs and processes
You will coach, mentor, and manage a team while increasing our recruiting capabilities.
You’ll take the initiative to develop and manage timelines, driving our projects forward and reprioritizing as necessary
You'll function as a subject matter expert on recruiting activities and maintain up to date knowledge of recruiting issues, trends, and employment law
Manage the selection process; participate in the interview process and increase the adoption of new and innovative recruiting procedures and techniques
About you:
You have 7+ years of recruiting experience in a start-up environment
You have experience scaling technical / non-technical teams past 50+ & have grown internal recruiting teams themselves
You understand the complexity of early-stage start-ups & have the ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment.
You have well-developed analytical skills, using data to drive planning, execution, and decision making, and the ability to bring structure and clarity to a complex landscape
You have proven capabilities in successfully designing and implementing branding and sourcing strategies including social media, networking, employee referrals, postings, etc.
