
Performance Marketing Lead

Leading the performance marketing helm you'll play an integral role in setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. This will allow us to achieve our business goals, and objectives through the acceleration of pipeline growth.
Here are some things you'll do:
Ideate, implement and optimize a strategic channel mix that balances prospecting, in-market, and retargeting across key search engines, social media, and video platforms.
Build and scale the future of OpenPhone’s performance marketing program, as a discipline.
Collaborate with the Data Science team to monitor/improve LTV and payback periods per acquisition channel.
Design systems, processes, and automation to increase efficiency and help improve campaign management at scale.
Lead and grow our paid marketing initiatives while maintaining healthy unit economics.
Innovate and implement test and learn strategies and drive scalable results.
Manage a creative testing roadmap and execute high-velocity execution of experiments.
Continually test, monitor, revise, and optimize ad copy as necessary and provide direction for graphical ad template creation.
Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, key insights, industry trends, and exciting opportunities in the digital space.
You should have the following skills or experience
3+ years managing Digital Acquisition campaigns with proven growth and innovative strategies that got you there at a fast-growing technology company.
Deep knowledge of top platforms including Google, Bing, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn; and a passion for emerging technologies.
Familiarity with enterprise marketing/sales funnels and ABM strategies.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising performant ad creatives and copy that engage, inform and motivate.
Data-driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills and thinking in terms of LTV, ROI, and your end-to-end impact on the bottom line of the business.
A desire to continuously measure, iterate, and improve programs and processes. SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
