As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for partnering with our customers who are ready to close the sales cycle, for helping lay the foundation for retention and expansion of current customers, and for overall building memorable and positive relationships to help support revenue goals.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Assisting customers who are at the final stages of the deal cycle
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Closing sales
Finding avenues to increase revenue from current customers
Proactively identify at-risk customers and escalate as needed
Creating and automating processes to streamline customers' experience
What you need:

Knowledge of Salesforce, SisAdmin, Chargebee a plus
