Design Lead

Responsibilities

Leads the UX and UI designers. Oversees and manages all aspects of user experience and visual navigation.  Provides support in upgrading, maintaining and creating designs for software products. Experience in web design and development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, responsive design, web standards backward browser capability is desired. Must have good communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of management and technical personnel. Working knowledge of browsers, WYSIWYG editors, graphic design software (ex. - Photoshop, Illustrator), animation software, and image optimization is desirable. Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies. Understanding of common software development and agile development practices. Applies the User Experience methodology to process and software design to eliminate drag. Analyzes the information present, understands the rationale behind the requirements and proposes interface designs based on user needs. Responsible for researching, conceptualizing, designing and making applications more usable and user friendly. Strong conceptualization and visual communication abilities

Required Experience: Proven eight plus (5+) years of experience
