Sales Account Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Navigate Quality Comix Content Management System (CMS) and Leads Tracking System

  • Create new lead entries from incoming calls/emails using CMS

  • Contact potential sellers about their collections

  • Maintain contact schedule for new, current, and potential sellers

  • Schedule phone/zoom meetings with potential sellers

  • Coordinate & assist with logistical information for shipping collections

  • Evaluate comic books to determine purchase price/value

  • We'll train you to set valuation expectations and develop deep knowledge

    of vintage comic books

  • Educate potential sellers on values and grading standards

Job Qualifications

  • Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests

  • Ability to build rapport, establish trust, overcome objections, provide

    empathy and build credibility with clients quickly

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service

    skills

  • High-End telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills

  • Identify, analyze, empathize, and resolve customer concerns/objections

  • 2 - 5 years of successful phone and/or face to face sales experience

  • Efficiency and strong organization, time management and communication

    skills

  • Collaborating with Lead Sales Executives to ensure the company's goals

    and targets are met

Starting pay is base salary plus commission commensurate with experience

Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00

Pay frequency:

Every other week (Direct deposit required through conventional bank or credit union)
