  • Propose operational improvements to continue to create greater efficiency.

  • Document new processes and maintain current documentation, updating processes to meet the evolving needs of the business.

  • Anticipate needs around upcoming milestones and events, proactively communicating with the leadership team on planning and next steps.

You bring

  • Superb attention to detail and incredibly strong organizational skills.

  • 2+ years of administrative or operational experience, ideally at a high-growth startup.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you are adept at handling sensitive and important information and situations with care and confidence.

  • A high level of acumen with time management and the ability to quickly shift tasks and priorities.

  • A desire to optimize processes to make them more efficient.

  • An ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of others before they arise.

  • Comfort in the relative chaos of working at an early-stage startup.

This is a full-time, fully remote role.
