Reefscale's Careers Page

Reefscale builds and operates a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands sold in the US. We grow them with paid social, mainly Meta, which means video ads are the engine of the business. We run a small remote team based in Southeast Asia. No layers, no meetings for the sake of meetings. You work directly with the founder, your work goes live within days, and you see the numbers it produces. We hire people who take ownership, make good calls alone, and get better every month. If that sounds like you, apply.
