Head Acquisition Analyst

Title: Head Acquisitions Analyst

Location: Remote

JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:  Repeat Capital is revolutionizing ecommerce by acquiring strong brands and making them stronger.  As the Head Acquisitions Analyst, you will lead this charge by analyzing potential acquisition targets, developing post-acquisition models based on the market, products, competition, & supply chain, negotiating deals, manage due diligence and working with financial partners to secure financing. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis for target industries and brands

  • Identify prospective acquisition targets from inbound leads and inquiries

  • Create financial models for acquisition targets including reading and interpreting seller provided Profit & Loss statements and building Profit & Loss statements from source documents

  • Engage with owners to understand their business, product and supply chain – identify threats and opportunities and negotiate deals with sellers

  • Manage the due diligence process with acquisition targets

  • Initiate and maintain relationships with inventors and lenders

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity or venture capital

  • Prior operational experience at a high growth company

  • Demonstrated expertise building complex financial models in Excel

  • Experience negotiating and closing complex transactions

  • MBA Required
