Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our product team!

In this role, you will work closely with design and engineering to oversee the scoping and implementation of new features and improvements. Your job will be to deliver on deadlines in the product roadmap and ensure features meet the needs of the business and our customers. In addition, you’ll have the freedom to identify opportunities and put forward improvements and new projects independently. 

Ideally, this individual will start in mid-to-late November 2023.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the quality and timeliness of delivery of the product roadmap

  • Prioritize customer feedback, platform improvements and new features according to their expected impact on the business and our users

  • Develop comprehensive product requirements documentation for new features 

  • Oversee the work of the design team, providing guidance and reviewing work

  • Coordinate with the Engineering team to review product requirements and designs prior to handover for implementation

  • Create detailed tickets with specifications for the implementation of features and improvements

  • Plan engineering sprints to achieve roadmap deadlines with the assistance of the Engineering Manager

  • Plan product sprints for design and product management

  • Conduct user acceptance testing prior to deployment of new features. Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback and to unblock work in progress with timely responses.

  • Work with the Associate PM to optimize automated supports for customers, including emails, help content and product tours

  • Provide internal communication on product updates and update public-facing changelog

  • Conduct customer discovery interviews to inform the product roadmap

  • Participate in one-on-one and team training as offered 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Manager, with a preference for B2B SaaS experience.

  • Strong understanding of design, technology, and user behaviour

  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Jira

  • French language skills 

  • Some coding experience

  • Marketplace platform experience
