We are looking for Account Receivable Senior Analyst, to organize and structure the processes for collaboration within the Finance Team. As a company that breathes diversity, for all positions, we encourage candidates of all regions, genders, races, beliefs, and sexual orientations.
As the Account Receivable Senior Analyst, you’ll act as the reference for treasury and focus on receivable bills and accounts, helping teams assess possibilities, plan process implementations and improvements using third-party and Rock’s applications.
To excel in this role, you will need to update and improve Rock's cash flow and contribute to the development of finance operations.
Your impact:
Register new customers in the Accounts Receivable system;
Perform customer billing;
Control and update cashflows;
Control customer default;
Make an active collection of defaulting customers;
Answer any questions related to the bill and/or invoice of customers by phone and email;
Perform the cancellation of the customer in the collection system and analyze the customer's contract and eventual calculation and sending of a fine;
Carry out the process of changing the customer's plan in the system;
Control and validate sellers' commissions;
Control and validate partner agency commissions;
Control and validation of monthly billing;
Prepare follow-up reports.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Financial area;
Advanced English skills;
Advanced knowledge of Excel;
Previous experience in a financial area, including Accounts Receivable.
