As a Managing Editor, you will be responsible for implementing the strategy and leading the production of contents aligned with the purpose of the brand.

You must understand clearly and in-depth the client's objectives and the project's strategy, in order to ensure that all initiatives applied in the production of content are focused on generating relevant results for the business.

You will be responsible for conducting high-level conversations with experts in order to gather information for creating the briefing, which will have a key role in the production of texts extremely aligned with the strategy.

Finally, it is also expected that you organize and manage the entire content production flow, acting as the blog's owner and guardian of the project's strategy, ensuring that the content produced has consistency and faithfully reflects the company's brand.

Your Impact:

  • Manage clients entire content development process, from briefing to launch, contributing to a blog that conveys authority and trust;

  • Guarantee content overall quality, ensuring branding guidelines application and that content will be ready and published in a timely manner;

  • Understand the skills needed to produce each content and select the best Talent to build quality content and make sure they are perfectly aligned with the client’s industry;

  • Provide clear and reliable information that will guide the production of content that faithfully reflects the aspects of the brand, focused on generating results;

  • Analyze performance data of content pieces and strategy, and propose improvements in order to enhance the results;

  • Perform the complete flow management in Studio, ensuring that deliveries happen on time, performing talent management, and aligning with other internal teams;

  • Guide the talent team clearly, assists in the development of technical skills, and keeps everyone motivated and aligned with the client's goals.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor in Language, Marketing, Journalism, Communication or related areas;

  • C2 proficiency in English, that will support interviews with customers and experts in different areas;

  • Certification at Inbound Marketing and Search Engine Optimization;

  • Strong working knowledge at Copywriting, Web Content Proofreading, and Branding;

  • Experience with content production;

  • Knowledge of data analysis in order to understand the content performance and suggest improvements based on marketing and branding techniques;

  • Mastery of routine organization and optimization techniques in order to ensure that all stages of the workflow are being executed in the best way and according to the schedule;

  • Experience with the main production, optimization, and content management platforms (such as Studio, iClips, WordPress, etc.);

  • Capability of positioning yourself as an authority and owner of the content, transmitting trust to the team and the client.

  • Broad business perspective;

  • Creative and visionary mindset;

  • Knack for collaboration;

  • Project management savvy.
