Global Channel Partner Director

This is a remote job for applicants in Europe or Eastern US time zones.

We are looking for a Global Channel Partner Director, and you will report to the Company's Interim CRO and General Manager.

Your skills 🎯

  • Advanced English level

  • 8+ years of experience with channel sales management globally or both in North America and Europe,

  • Experience with open source, UCaaS, SaaS or similar solutions,

  • Deep understanding of all kinds of partner sales models (resellers, distributors, ISVs, OEMs)

  • Extensive partners network 

  • Proven experience with B2B sales

  • Experience selling high technology products in assigned territory in a channel model

  • Leadership, organization, and management strength

  • Autonomous, disciplined, and hands-on mindset;

  • Comfort with fast-paced, high-pressure environments and ambitious goals

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to travel if needed

What you'll do 🧑‍💻

  • Build strategic relationships with partners at multiple levels

  • Negotiate commercial business terms and contracts

  • Demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of Rocket.Chat and open source industry practices

  • Provide training and support to new partner recruits to ensure they can effectively sell the company’s products or services

  • Monitoring partner performance to ensure they are meeting sales quotas and maintaining customer satisfaction

  • Motivate and coach partner's employees to help them meet their goals

  • Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

  • Evaluate the performance of existing channel partners, suggesting improvements where necessary

  • Establish and maintain effective communication with partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Develop new sales channels through strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, and retailers.
