Demand Generation Manager

SaaSMQL is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Demand Generation Manager to join our growing team in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Miami or remote. This individual will be responsible for managing our clients’ strategy, and driving the outreach campaigns The Demand Generation Manager will own the funnel strategy, Ideal Customer Profile, campaign messaging, email outreach, target list building, sales alignment, and reporting. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise sales, B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, and marketing/sales operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong bias to action, and should be able to work autonomously in a loosely-structured environment. The position reports directly to the Founder, and it’s a 100% remote role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the client’s objectives, business model, ideal target and value proposition

  • Create a plan for outbound strategy, including ICP, list building, niche identification

  • Finalize and manage clients’ budgets based on program objectives.

  • Own execution and quality control of account and prospect list

  • Implement and optimize clients’ sales email sequences

  • Implement and optimize digital ad campaigns on LinkedIn and display

  • Work with Sr. Program Manager to ensure successful campaign execution

  • Manage new clients’ onboarding process

  • Manage weekly and monthly reports for clients

  • Create funnel forecasts and scenarios

  • Run quarterly strategy review calls


QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have 2+ years of experience as a Demand Generation Manager, Sales Development Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, or Sales Operations Manager in a fast-growing SaaS company.

  • You are experienced with B2B enterprise sales and cold sales outreach

  • You have in-depth knowledge of account-based marketing concepts.

  • You are an expert at drafting campaign strategy plans based on revenue goals

  • You know your way around Salesforce, Hubspot, or other CRM platforms

  • You can craft effective outbound emails that convert

  • You are a very organized person and capable of managing high volume of client follow-ups

  • You are very familiar with sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft, PersistIQ)

  • Independent, you know how to organize your work and manage your own schedule.

  • Highly analytical with an ambitious and goal-oriented attitude.

  • You are dedicated, independent, and can effectively work remotely with little to no supervision.

  • Bachelor's Degree required
