Operations Assistant

SafetyWing (YC W18) is seeking an Operations Assistant for the Account Management team, who is interested in building a global safety net with us.

We are building a global social safety net, including health and retirement for remote workers worldwide, as a replacement for national welfare systems. If we succeed, we believe this will help ensure freedom and equal opportunity for everyone, and it is one of the more important tasks of our time that no one else is working on.

👩‍💻About this role

You will be part of a small operations team supporting the insurance policy enrollment of our Remote Health members.  You will create and activate the members' contracts through our API platform once their onboarding process is finished and their policy is created. 

💻 Your responsibilities will include

• Creating and activating members’ contracts through our API endpoints

• Maintaining our members' database

• Following member onboarding notifications

🧪 We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in a similar role

• Experience using API calls/endpoints to create and activate member contracts (or similar)

• Excellent attention to detail

• The ability to work independently and to be a problem solver

• Timezone: America or Europe
