Your key areas of focus :

  1. Create and implement - across Sendwave and WorldRemit - global talent brand road maps, Employee Value Propositions, and go-to-market strategies, including driving specific recruitment campaigns.

  2. Develop effective digital marketing strategies and deploy them across all social media accounts, recruiting platforms, and marketing campaigns:

    1. Craft compelling content and deploy it across recruiting channels including careers sites, employer marketing sites, social media, event collateral, and more.

    2. Track ROI leveraging various analytical means, and relentlessly iterate to improve.

  3. Partner closely with Marketing teams, to align on talent brand opportunities across campaigns, events, and sponsorships.

  4. Optimize our CRM usage including building Talent Communities and ensuring recruitment teams are set up to nurture effectively:

    1. Analyze the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

    2. Map the candidate's journey and determine the best opportunities to maximize messaging and impact.

  5. Create synergies amongst the Talent brand team - and across Sendwave and WorldRemit - to maximize the impact of your overall strategy.

  6. Oversee selection, implementation, and maintenance of employer brand tools including careers sites.

In your first few months you’ll:

  1. Research and network internally across both brands, to gain a deep understanding of our values and unique proposition.

  2. Develop your road maps - in close collaboration across Talent & Culture and other departments - and roll out an employer branding strategy - relentlessly tracking ROI and iterating.

  3. Develop and manage targeted employer branding campaigns from concept generation to execution that align with short and long-term hiring priorities, track, measure, and report on campaign results.

  4. Support all talent marketing needs such as content curation, social media planning, and execution, employee advocacy generation, website development, recruiting insights, market research & more.

  5. Create and recommend new digital and social media strategies that align with our brands and provide a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

What you bring to the table:

  • Previous experience developing employer brand strategies alongside recruiting and/or growth departments.

  • Knowledge of recruiting channels, job boards, and employer brand sites that support hiring, including CRM platforms. Versed with LinkedIn, Google Analytics/platforms to track ROI.

  • Experience authoring content and owning marketing channels for content dissemination.

  • Familiarity with planning and executing recruitment marketing events at a large scale.

  • Intrinsic understanding of how to market to different talent demographics across departments, countries, and identities.

  • Demonstrated ability to nurture strong partnerships across the company with key stakeholders.

  • Excels at moving smoothly between audiences and adjusting priorities to maximize time with stakeholders.

  • Experience scaling a global team.

  • Have experience leading employer branding within Technology environments.

    • Our company is 100% remote and has been since we were founded. Sendwave hires new team members in countries around the world. All of our roles are remote, however, some roles may carry specific location-based eligibility requirements.
