REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years in professional commercial design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency
Strong portfolio of commercial projects is a must
Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS PowerPoint, and Figma — specifically with mockups, web design, and multimedia presentations
Experience with retouching and graphics
Experience in developing stylistics from scratch
Experience in the estimation of tasks and complex projects
Sense of style, composition, form, and color. Good taste. Ability to adapt to a specific style
Great research skills and ability to find new solutions
Successful collaboration skills with internal stakeholders
Good team player. Experience working with a design team, setting and delegating tasks
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Intermediate level of English
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create graphic solutions based on a brief of corporate identity, logotypes, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials
Work closely with internal customers (PR, HR, Sales, etc.), design project manager, and other graphic designers and technicians
Design tasks completion within the deadline and according to the task description and technical constraints. Be able to predict possible risks and offer alternatives
Comply with the rules established in the corresponding project (defect control system, etc.)
Proofread before the delivery, produce accurate and high-quality work
Adhere to the design department guidelines (storage structure and source files handling culture)
Communicate with a Design PM, Art Director, and Senior Designers on any project issues that affect time & effort estimates or design processes
