Inside Sales Representative

We are scaling our Insurance Agent business and are seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives to become an integral part of our team! In this role, you will gauge sales opportunities and ultimately onboard perspective Insurance Agents and help them utilize our technology platform for accessing insurance shoppers online.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients

  • Handle 100-150 calls/day

  • Schedule and go through demos of our product

  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

  • Close and follow up on sales transactions

  • Work with Account Management teams to align agent performance and revenue targets

  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, or other related fields

  • Strong phone and personnel skills

  • Deadline and detail-oriented

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Strong negotiation skills
