We’re searching for a driven Product Manager to join our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting data-driven strategies to optimize the user experience and fuel product growth.

🤹 What you’ll do:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and motivations.

• Analyze user data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Design and execute A/B tests to optimize conversion and reduce churn.

• Develop retention and engagement campaigns using tools like OneSignal.

• Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features using data-driven frameworks.

• Conduct user interviews and gather feedback to align product improvements with user needs.

• Optimize event tracking for accurate data collection and insights.

• Collaborate with our Product Team (designers and engineers) and the CEO to execute product strategy.

🏅 What you’ll need:

• 4+ years in mobile app product management with a user-focused approach.

• Expertise in A/B testing, user research, and tools like Amplitude and Smartlook.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.

• Proven experience managing roadmaps and prioritizing features using data-driven frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with engagement tools (e.g., OneSignal) for retention campaigns.

• Familiarity with event tracking and optimization for accurate insights.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

• Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of user experience.
