The opportunity

We are looking for a highly creative and near perfectionist to join our team as a User Interface Designer. we are looking for someone who will take complete ownership of the UI design of our core product. Experience Three Plus Experience is Required

What you'll do

• Make design decisions based on sound judgment, experience, research, and data

• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.

• Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.

• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process

• Make a real impact at scale through new product launches and interface improvements that affect billions of our customers every day

• Think conceptually - applying a user-centered approach to requirements and interdependencies - to develop engaging interfaces

• Review test plans and cases with developers and product owners

• Execute visually - using techniques like storyboards, sketching, and producing mock-ups and comps - to communicate visual layouts and interaction design concepts

• Regularly present your work to stakeholders for review and feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI Designing

• Strong understanding of UI best practices

• Experience in creating style guides

• Deep understanding of design principles, processes, and industry trends

• Stellar visual skills (attention to detail, ability to visually articulate our brand, build new, reusable patterns)

• Expert communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present your work - you must be articulate and be able to clearly explain your design rationale

• Ability to take abstract concepts and create low fidelity and high fidelity wireframes using Balsamiq, Invison, UXPin, or Adobe XD

• Highly motivated with the ability to Come up with unique ideas which have the potential to become future market trends

• Gather and evaluate product requirements in collaboration with the tech team and project manager to identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
