Job Description:

Softrams is seeking a Chief AI Officer (CAIO) to Drive Business Transformation.

We are on the lookout for a forward-thinking and accomplished Chief AI Officer (CAIO) to spearhead our organization's artificial intelligence (AI) journey. As a key member of our C-suite, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing a robust AI strategy that delivers substantial business value.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in a leadership capacity, preferably in the AI or technology sector.

  • Profound knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their diverse applications.

  • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to translate AI solutions into tangible business advantages.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to forge strong relationships across all organizational levels.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate the intricacies of AI implementation.

  • A fervent dedication to innovation and an unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of what is achievable.

  • Prior experience in constructing and expanding AI teams.

  • Familiarity with pertinent AI ethics and regulations.

  • Successful track record in overseeing AI projects from inception to deployment.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop a comprehensive, long-term AI strategy that aligns with the company's overarching business objectives.

  • Identify pivotal opportunities for AI integration and AI transformation for our customers.

  • Lead the formulation and implementation of a well-defined roadmap for AI transformation.

  • Business Development:

  • Collaborate with leaders of business units to grasp their challenges and prospects.

  • Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.

  • Advocate the benefits of AI throughout the organization and dismantle operational silos.

  • Identify and assess potential AI collaborations and acquisitions.

  • AI Transformation:

  • Construct and oversee a proficient AI team equipped with the necessary expertise to execute the strategy.

  • Establish a robust AI governance framework to ensure ethical and responsible AI utilization.

  • Supervise the creation, implementation, and monitoring of AI models and solutions.

  • Cultivate an environment of innovation and continuous learning concerning AI within the company.

Work Location:

We have open-collaboration offices in Leesburg VA and Baltimore MD for those who may prefer to work on-site. However, Softrams is a 100% remote-first team environment. Softrams works in the eastern time zone and standard work hours are 9am ET to 5pm ET with flexibility around start and end times based on team needs.
