Product Manager (Integrations)

Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager - Integrations to help shape and execute our platform integrations product strategy and extend Stamped’s capabilities across partners to deliver greater value to merchants. 

This role will focus on bridging the gap between technology and go-to-market at Stamped, including identifying product feature opportunities, supporting definition of our integration roadmap, performing competitive analysis, and working closely with technology leads and our customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Actively define scope of new integrations initiatives including feedback from our customer-facing teams (Sales, Success, Support, Marketing, and Partnerships), customer discovery results, input from technology teams, and understanding of how competitors have implemented the same integration(s)

  • Work closely with our Integrations technology team to scope projects and define our roadmap

  • Develop, orchestrate and oversee Go to Market strategies with the Product Marketing team from early initiative to successful launch and post-launch experience

  • Work with Partnerships to build deeper two-way, first-party technology partner integrations

  • Ensure feature parity across our supported ecommerce platforms and own the API product experience for third-party developers

  • Establish and monitor key product metrics to set direction for our initiatives, including selecting and setting up an analytics & tracking tool (e.g., Mixpanel, Segment)

  • Work closely with Design in translating product initiatives to best in class experiences

  • Dig deep into Stamped’s competitive set across pricing, features, integrations, positioning, UX, etc.

  • Be obsessed with experience optimization, and user efficiency

  • Communicate our product clearly to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong blend of technical & go-to-market understanding, ability to draw on past experience working with third-party integrations and/or customer facing API (requirements, roadmap, packaging, GTM, documentation, support) 

  • Product management experience, and the ability to work smoothly with both engineering teams, customer-facing roles and managing tradeoffs

  • Experience with analytics tools, tracking and building visualizations of customer adoption

  • Working knowledge of SQL, Rest APIs, Javascript and Product Management tools such as Jira or Asana

  • Deep understanding of the web / SaaS industry best practices, competitive landscape, and familiarity with Stamped’s business

  • Solid understanding of CAC / ARPU / Churn / CLTV – you live and breathe SaaS metrics

  • Creative and energetic with ability to inspire and motivate others

  • Flawless communication and organization skills and a strong ability to articulate a vision

  • Strong plus for Ecommerce industry experience
