Creator Partnerships Manager

About Oasi

Oasi (stayoasi.com) is the revenue growth partner for the world's most distinct, independent hotels and luxury landscape resorts. We don’t just build "prettier feeds", we build highly profitable ones. We drive an average 19x increase in social-driven booking traffic and achieving a 75% direct booking mix for our clients. We handle everything from editorial content and creator seeding to pricing and property operations.

Because we hold ourselves accountable to real-world occupancy and revenue targets, we are looking for an execution-focused Creator Partnerships Manager to own our end-to-end creator pipeline.

The Role

In this role, you will be the engine behind our influencer / creator program. You will be responsible for finding, vetting, pitching, and locking in targeted creators who can translate a hotel stay into viral attention and direct bookings.

Crucially, this is a hybrid marketing and hospitality logistics role. You will not only negotiate commercial terms but also act as the primary liaison between our luxury hotel clients’ internal reservation teams and the creators to seamlessly coordinate stay dates.

Core Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Creator Pipeline: Own the entire lifecycle of influencer management -from cold outbound prospecting and talent scouting to inbound application filtering, vetting, and final closing.

  • Platform Mastery (Modash): Utilize Modash.io to discover creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, analyze audience demographics, track fake followers, and monitor live content capture reliably.

  • Contracting & Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate, and execute creator contracts using existing templates. Safely secure necessary content usage rights, organic whitelisting permissions, and strict deliverable terms tailored to luxury hospitality standards.

  • Hospitality & Stay Coordination: Act as the bridge between the creator and our hotel clients. Coordinate directly with client reservation teams to manage room availability, black-out dates, and check-in logistics for creator stay dates.

  • Client Interactivity: Participate in client-facing communications to present creator shortlists, report on campaign stay schedules, and align creator aesthetics with individual hotel brand guides.

  • Performance Tracking: Ensure all hosted creators utilize correct UTM tracking, discount codes, or booking widgets so Oasi can accurately attribute social-driven direct bookings.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience: 1–2+ years of dedicated experience managing influencer campaigns across multiple brands (agency experience or multi-property hospitality background is a massive plus).

  • Tool Stack: Deep, hands-on experience using Modash.io (or comparable influencer CRMs like Aspire or Grin) for discovery, tracking, and campaign management.

  • Communication: Idiomatic, flawless written and spoken English. You must be comfortable drafting highly personalized, compelling outbound pitches and confidently speaking directly with luxury hotel operators and owners.

  • Logistical Sharpness: Highly organized with an eye for scheduling detail. Managing calendar dates, reservation holds, and back-and-forth communication across multiple time zones should feel effortless to you.

  • The "Oasi Eye": A sharp understanding of high-end, editorial vertical video aesthetics (Reels, TikTok). You know the exact difference between a generic lifestyle influencer and a creator who can make travelers "feel the place before they plan the trip."

What We Offer

  • 100% Remote, Full-Time Position: Work from anywhere in the world.

  • Competitive Global Salary: $2,000-$3,000 / month (based on experience).

  • High-Impact Portfolio: The opportunity to shape the digital presence and creator strategies of some of the most unique glamping, boutique, and design-forward hotels on the planet.
