
Strategic Account Manager
We’re growing the Expansion Sales team and are looking for a Strategic Account Manager. Working with our most strategic customers (we’re talking Amazon, RedBull Media, Meta…), you’ll be in charge of creating new opportunities within these companies to expand and grow our existing revenue whilst solving some of their biggest challenges.

Reporting to the Director of Expansion, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team of creative professionals, but success will mostly rely on your capacity to create your own strategy and generate your own opportunities.
Challenges
Our business model and offering is new to the industry. We’re disrupting the way we bring design at scale to our customers. This comes with its own challenges as your prospect might not be familiar with it.
You’ll be working with some of the most exciting companies out there that oftentime come with a high level of organizational complexity. You will need to position yourself as a trusted partner to the organization to generate your own leads.
This calls for an ambitious professional who approaches its job with tenacity and a strategic mindset that gets a knack out of building long term relationships with large organizations to identify where the opportunities exist to successfully pitch how Superside brings value to them.
What you'll do
Work closely with Superside’s strategic customers to develop growth and expansion opportunities
Identify where new opportunities exist within the organization to successfully pitch how Superside will bring value
Develop and convert expansion opportunities to meet and exceed the monthly sales quota
Develop growth account plans that deliver a pipeline of fast and slower moving opportunities in our CRM (Salesforce) system and provide regular sales forecasts
Work systematically with existing accounts together with Customer Success Team and Creative Projects Managers
Manage procurement processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP) with large corporations
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and Superside products and offerings
Participate in the development of our sales team and go-to-market strategy, sales training and customer care.
What you'll need to succeed
4-8 years of relevant working experience, of which at least 4 years in sales / client development / commercial role, preferably from a creative agency and/or SaaS environment (sales, customer success, design operations, consulting, business development, business unit director, etc.)
Proven top performer in a previous sales and/or commercial job with a track record in achieving commercial targets from selling and/or working with enterprise customers
Self-confident English communicator comfortable at speaking with and pitching to executive management on phone, video conference or in writing
Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
A keen interest in design and “the future of work”
Proven ability to work hard and independently

Hiring process
First interview with the team: An initial interview between you and your team lead to get to know each other and learn more about how we work
Assessment and ability test: This is your time to shine! You'll receive a hypothetical business case to work on. You'll also receive ability tests selected to measure the skills and competencies needed to succeed in the role.
Case Interview: 1h conversation with a Team Lead. You’ll first have the opportunity to present your work before diving deeper into your past experience. We always set aside some time for your questions so don’t hesitate to prep some! We want to make sure we’re the right place for you as much as you’re the right fit for us!
Final Interview: You will meet with the Director Of Customer Success. This will allow you to understand how you role fits into the team on a higher level
